Harvest

When you think of Tasmania  there are a few things that come to mind- fresh produce and apples being one of them. 

We are spoilt for choice in summer. The trees are heavy with fruit, roadside stalls are stocked with all the goods one could need and there is a real abundance of home produce.

Your summer bounty is shared with whoever will take it and the google search of the day is: "what to do with lots of (insert fruit or veggie of abundance).

A trip down the Huon isn't complete without a stop at a roadside stall selling seasonal fruit. These produce bins were found on one such stop.
